MICHAEL 'I wish' KRAMER
Michael Kramer loves the adventure and wonder that can be found in nature and science. As a child he had to rely on the mysteries that books painted for him in the minds eye, but now he has come to know that anything: art, and computers, as well as nature, labs and lab experimentation, along the microscopes and telescopes to help mankind to know, understand and love science. He is now dreaming the day he can teach others about the wonders of science and nature.
Growing up in suburban Ohio he had a chance too view the wonders of nature, first hand. However, it was until the first Americans went into space he decided to become an engineer and a scientist! He is presently studying to be a Secondary Education Teacher, in Physics, at the University of South Carolina. He got his bachelors and his MS from Youngstown State University and has had an NIH grant to do research at USC in LA, CA and has worked extensively in industry. He is fascinated by the great mysteries that nature reveals: not only in the great vastness of space, but also the incredible wonders that can be seen under the microscope. He believes that we humans will have to develop new technologies for quicker travel and better communication in order to become truly civilized.
