The educational WEB resource that I want to include with my portfolio are ;  www.girlpower.gov/girlarea/bodyfx.htm.

 It is a WEB site that is set up to give young girls information on the effects of harmful stimulants to their body as well as some of the specific areas of the body the stimulants effect and how the stimulants effect them. The vocabulary is appropriate for the age range and the content is accurate. This site does have some catchy animation and sound graphics that would keep the students interest. The screens arenât cluttered and the material is clearly presented. It gives lots of important detailed information, but it is just targeted toward girls and I feel this is a major weakness of this site. The males need this information as well as the females, if not more. Overall, I feel this is a very good site.
